Huawei is one of China's largest and leading telecommunications companies. My role in this revamp project involved both UX and UI design. Key UX objectives were to better help customers find the right products, provide customer support in all phases of their journey and increase lead generations for the company. The revamped UI was also designed to be responsive and viewable across multiple devices.
Within the first 2 weeks of launch the site achieved a traffic increase of 400%, from nearly 0 to 20 daily leads, 1900 new comments of which 90% were positive and requests from over 15 countries to adapt to their markets.
In addition to revamping Huawei's enterprise site I took part in launching their new brand campaign "A Better Connected World" which began as a mini-site, but since then has now been integrated into their corporate website.
